• Valeriana officinalis extract (1,63 ml),
• Passiflora Edulis flower extract (0,69 ml),
• Passionflower Incarnata Extract (0,69 ml),
• Melissa / Lemon balm / Melissa (0,14 ml).
• Oatmeal (0,14 ml).
• Melissa Officinalis Extract (0,14 ml).
• Avena sativa extract (0,14 ml).
• Esschscholtzia Californica Extract (0,08 ml).
• Tila (0,06 ml), Storm Tila Extract (0,06 ml).

Dosage to Administration 
Adults and children from 12 years old.
For a calming effect during the day: 2 x 2 ml per day, with a little water or fruit juice.
For a good night's sleep: 2 ml half an hour before bedtime, and if necessary 2 ml at the beginning of the night.
