Gotu kola (plant) (Asian Hydrocotyle L.) 25%, Birch (leaves) (alba betula L.) 20%, Bodelha (plant) (fucus vesiculosus L.) 20%, Dandelion (plant) (Taraxacum officinale 10%, Gilbardeira (root) (ruscus aculeatus L.) 10%, Silver Herb (plant) (Paronychia argentea L.) 10%, Orange Peel (citrus sinensis L.) 5%.

How to Take / Use:

It is recommended to consume 2 to 3 cups a day.

Preparation:

1 sachet per cup. Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
