Therapeutic indications

- Aalternative to estrogen replacement therapy, vaginal dryness in older women, PMS (premenstrual syndrome), menstrual cramps and weak bones (osteoporosis).
- Improves the status of sex hormones and lipids.
- Reduces the risk of breast cancer and cardiovascular risk.
- Without: Sugar, Starch, Lactose and Gluten. 
- Tolerated by diabetics.

Composition 
Per 1 tablet:

• Wild Yam (containing at least 20% diosgenin) -450mg 
• Vitamin B6-0.7mg 
• Vitamin B12- 1.25ug

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 tablet a day, preferably after breakfast. If necessary, you can take up to 2 tablets a day. Take at least 1 or 2 glasses of water together.
