Composition
Per 1 tablet:

• Chromium (Picolinate) - 200 µg (500% VRN).
• Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; chromium picolinate. 

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 tablet a day, preferably after breakfast. Take it together with at least 1 or 2 glasses of water. 

Presentation
Pack of 60 tablets.
