How to use

The following uses are recommended:
Oral: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion. Skin: Massage.
Bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
