Composition
1 capsule contains:
Evening Primrose Oil - 1000mg;
Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) – 100mg;
Vitamin E – 13,4mg a-TE (VRN* 112%).

Recommended intake
1 capsule per day with meals with a glass of water.
If taken for the first time: 3 capsules per day with meals with a glass of water for 12 weeks. (This higher daily dose is recommended in order to optimize the body's reserves of important nutrients.)
