Preparation:
Preparation:
Always use very clean utensils. Use animal milk (from cow or goat, ...). Dissolve the powder in 2 tablespoons of milk and then slowly add the remaining milk. (1 sachet for 1 liter). Place in a bottle that can be sealed tightly. Close the bottle and let it ferment for 24 hours at room temperature (23ºC). From the moment it starts to get thick, put it in the refrigerator. Shake the bottle to make the drink smooth, pour into a glass and drink.
You can repeat the operation up to 5 times using a quantity of the drink if you respect the conditions of hygiene and use.
