Shussler Salt Nº11 Silicia 240 Granules from New Era

Helps maintain the elasticity and firmness of hair and nails, and helps in cases of brittle hair and nails, hair loss or uneven nail growth. It also strengthens the skin and connective tissue, increasing elasticity.

Ingredients:

Amount per 12 granules:

d-Biotin 12µg (24% VRN)

Silicon dioxide 84µg

Other ingredients: lactose (milk), gum arabic - emulsifier.

How to Take / Use:

Adults: allow 2-4 granules to dissolve on the tongue or sublingually 3 times a day.
Children aged 4 to 12: allow 2-4 granules to dissolve on the tongue or
sublingual 3 times a day.
Take the tablets out of meals (½ hour before or 1½ hour before
afterwards), and preferably keep them in the mouth under the tongue.
