• Fish Oil Concentrate - 1000 mg
• of which Omega 3 acids: 
• EPA (Ecosapentaenoic Acid) - 320 mg 
• DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) - 220 mg 
• Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) (from lanolin) - 25 mcg (1000 IU)

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 softgel, 1 to 2 times a day, with a meal.
