Obtained from selected apples and ripened in the sun. Natural fermentation. It has only 5% acidity and a very smooth and pleasant flavor. As this vinegar is produced from apples, it is normal for residues to appear at the bottom of the bottle. It should not be eaten by people who cannot eat acidic foods.

Usage Suggestions:

To season: for all salads and cooking, a very pleasant and mild flavor. Ideal for preparing marinades and fish broths.

To drink: Dilute 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and sweeten with 2 teaspoons of honey.
