How to use 
About 50g per person, with the same amount of hot water (but not boiling). Cover and let stand until they have the desired consistency. Add salt and a drizzle of olive oil and separate with a fork. Serve hot, accompanied by vegetables, meat, with tomato sauce, etc. You can also eat cold, added to salads.
