Suggestion: 
Traditional wholemeal bread

(Conventional oven 180ºC, Oven with fan 160ºC, Gas oven 4)

Ingredients: 500g flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon of quick yeast, 350 teaspoon of sugar, 1ml of warm water and XNUMX teaspoon of oil.

Preparation: 1 - Grease a 1kg loaf pan with oil, 2 - Put the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix, 3 - Add water to the previous mixture, stirring constantly and then immediately add the oil, 4 - using your hands, mix everything into a doughy paste, 5 - Continue to knead the dough, for a long time in a bowl or on a work surface, 6 - after kneading, place in a bowl, cover with a cloth and leave to rise, for about 1 hour, in a warm place to double in size, 7 - after this time, knead the dough quite well, 8 - shape the dough and place it in the previously prepared form, 9 - cover the form with a bowl and let the dough rest in a warm place for 40 minutes, 10 - preheat the oven, 11- remove the bowl that was covering the form and place the form in the oven for 40-45 minutes, 12 - after it is cooked , remove the bread from the pan and have your bread ready, 13 - Let it cool in a net.
