Composition

• Pure MCT oil - medium chain glycerides. Coconut and palm kernel oil, pure. Cellulose (capsule); Cellulose; Mannitol; Silica; Stearic acid (vegetable source) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Total Fat – 14g (18% VRN*);
Saturated Fat – 14g (70%VRN*);
MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides – coconut/palm oil) – 14g.
*VRN – Nutrient Reference Value, based on a 2000 calorie diet.

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day. MCT oil can also be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces or cooking, as a source of beneficial fatty acids. Not recommended for use in frying due to the low boiling point.
