Composition 

• Black Maca (80%), Purple Maca (15%), Yellow Maca (5%), all organic.

How to use 
Add 1 teaspoon of Maca Premium 1 to 2 times a day in juices, smoothies, cereals, teas, in sauces or on top of soups. In cases of physical exercise and for athletes, the daily dose may be increased.
Recommended Maximum Daily Dosage – 2,5g to 5g (1 to 2 teaspoons).

Strawberry Smoothie with Maca Premium
– In a blender add:
Put 1 teaspoon of Maca Premium
1 banana,
1 tablespoon of hemp protein,
1 cup of strawberries or other berries,
5 drops of liquid Stevia or other sweetener to your liking and
rice, hemp or almond milk.
Mix and serve.
