Composition 
Per 1 capsule:

• Inositol -500mg
• Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 to 3 vegetable capsules a day, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by your physician or healthcare practitioner.
