For 2 capsules:

• Fish oil - 500 mg
• - EPA - 76 mg
• - DHA - 240 mg
• Krill Oil (> 70% omega 3 phospholipids) - 250 mg
• - EPA - 30-40 mg
• - DHA - 14-19 mg
• Borago officinalis oil (40% GLA) - 350 mg
• Hippophae rhamnoides oil (25% PA) - 280 mg
• Punica granatum oil (65-85% punicic acid) - 100 mg
• Olea europaea oil (Oliveheart® 56-85% oleic acid) - 50 mg
• Vitamin E - 30 mg (250% DDR *)

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, during meals with a little water.
