• Flax seed oil - 2500 mg
• Providing on average:
• Alpha-linolenic acid -1125 mg
• Linoleic Acid - 275 mg
• Oleic Acid - 275 mg
• Palmitic Acid -75 mg
• Stearic Acid- 50 mg
• Other fatty acids.
• Soft capsule shell: gelatin (of bovine origin), glycerol (from palm kernel and coconut fat).

Dosage and Administration 
Take two (2) soft capsules per day, preferably with a meal.
