Therapeutic indications:
They are based on the traditional uses of each of the homeopathic components. These include: migraines, headache.

Indications for each component of the homeopathic complex:
Cimicifuga - headache (pain in the eyes) aggravated during menstruation, in women who still have them, being abundant, painful (with mastodynia mostly left) and agitation; occipito-cervicalgias (pains in the neck), high back pain (between the shoulder blades) and pelvic pains (or just a feeling of heaviness) radiating from the thighs; proportional to the amount of bleeding; painful ovulation; useful in torticollis and Achilles tendonitis; palpitations; chills; improves with local heat.

Gelsemium - congestive headache (eg heat stroke), occipital headache (with possible stiff neck) and obnubilation (mental confusion); it gets worse with tobacco (although you can be a smoker); migraine preceded by visual changes (diplopia) and even paresthesias (numbness), improving after urination; emotional arrhythmia and inner tremor; you may tremble as if you have malaria or just your chin (common in children).

Iris versicolor - frequently hemicranial headaches or migraines with burps, nausea and bitter vomiting, weekly (on the day of rest), sometimes just salivation accompanied by a filamentous liquid (“goo”) that looks like snot (egg white) ; dyspepsia, burning sensation in the digestive tract - heartburn, gastro-oesophageal reflux, burning of the mouth, tongue.

Sanguinaria - periodic migraines (eg weekend) that start in the morning and improve at dusk and congestive headaches with pulsating pain (from the occipital region to the right eye) especially on the right side; they worsen with noise, light, movement and smells and improve in decubitus (lying down), in the dark and sometimes by emission of gases (belches or flatus); facial flush (heat that rises to the face), making the face, ears, hands and feet, red and hot; dryness of the mucous membranes of the upper airways; runny nose with sneezing; sensitivity to smells (+ flowers).

Spigelia anthelmia - headaches that start at the occiput (back and bottom of the head), go up to the apex, frontal region and end over the left eye (improve with the cold); facial neuralgia (may radiate from the neck), ocular and dental, especially on the left side; strong heartbeats (palpitations) that can be seen through clothing; it worsens lying on the left side of the body; precordialgia that can radiate to the neck and left arm; everything improves with rest and heat (except for headache).
