Silicon plays several essential roles: Promotes bone mineralization, combats osteoporosis, counteracts skin aging, improves the condition of hair and nails and promotes cardiovascular health.
Bones - Manganese and zinc contribute for the maintenance of normal bones.
Skin - Biotin and Zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.

Composition
Per 15 ml: Biotin - 50µg; Manganese - 2mg; Selenium - 55μg; Zinc - 10mg.

Recommended Take
Adults and Children over 12 years: Take 15 ml daily, preferably before breakfast. It can be diluted in water or fruit juice.
