Preparation:
15 minutes (rapid cooking). Preparation: Use about 50g per person. Place 1 volume of Bulgur in 2 volumes of boiling salted water. Cook covered for 15 minutes on a low heat. Let it gain volume for 10 minutes. You can add vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, or spices.
