Composition 

• essential oil of Rosmarinus officinalis ct camphor*. (*) Ingredient from Organic Farming.
• Part used: leafy branches.
• Production method: steam distillation.
• Origin: Portugal. The origin may vary according to the lot
  and is specified on the packaging.

How to use 
Oral route: 1 drop per intake, 1-3 times a day, on a neutral support
(equivalent to 0,03 ml -0,09 ml/day).
Cutaneous route: a few drops diluted in a base vegetable oil.
Diffusion: only if diluted, mixed with other milder essential oils.
Average equivalence: 1 ml = 32 drops.
