Composition 

• essential oil of essential oil of essential oil of Lavandula latifolia*. (*) Ingredient from Organic Farming.
• Part used: flowering tops.
• Production method: steam distillation
• Origin: Spain. The origin may vary according to the lot
  and is specified on the packaging.

How to use 
Oral use: 1-2 drops per intake, 2-3 times a day, on a neutral support (equivalent to 0,07 ml - 0,20 ml/day).
Cutaneous route: a few drops diluted in a base vegetable oil.
Diffusion: only if diluted, mixed with other milder essential oils.
Average equivalence: 1 ml = 32 drops.
