How to use 
Oral route: 1 drop per dose, 2-3 times a day, on a neutral support (equivalent to 0,06 ml - 0,09 ml/day).
Cutaneous route: a few drops diluted in a base vegetable oil.
Diffusion: only if diluted, mixed with other milder essential oils.
Average equivalence: 1 ml = 34 drops.
