How to use
Bring 2,5 deciliters of water to boil. When it boils, turn it off and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the plants to the water. Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, strain and drink 1 cup at night at bedtime, cold or warm, with or without sugar. You can reduce or increase the doses depending on the desired effect.
