Mode of preparation

Mix 30g of powdered preparation (approximately 3 heaped tablespoons) with 300ml of semi-skimmed milk or 200ml of water.

Suggestion: Take 1 to 2 servings per day.

The ideal is to drink a shake right after physical exercise.

You can also add the powdered preparation to yogurt or muesli.
