Organic Lemon Essential Oil 20ml

Essential oils are volatile compounds extracted from plants through distillation processes, compression of shells and nuts, as well as solvent extraction.

Composition

Citrus limon peel oil, limonene, citral, linalool, geraniol, citronellol.

Recommended Take/Use

When using an essential oil for the first time, it is a good idea to do a test to check if using it causes an allergic reaction: mix a drop of the oil you are going to use, in a coffee spoon, with Sweet Almond Oil and rub it into the crook of your elbow. If your skin turns red within 24 hours, it means you are sensitive to the product and should not use it.

MASSAGES - To formulate a sufficient portion for a massage, add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil for each tablespoon of vegetable oil base.

BATHS - Add 4 to 8 drops of essential oil to a bath of warm water. In case of sensitive skin, dilute the essences in a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Use 3 to 5 drops in a foot bath or bath.

External use.
