• Marine Phospholipids - 400-460 mg
• of which omega 3 phospholipids -> 70%
• Omega 3 fatty acids - 220mg
• EPA - 120mg
• DHA - 55mg
• Astaxanthin - 80mg

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day. Take during meals with a little water.
