How to use
Topical application
Basis Balance® Magnesium Oil is a versatile mineral spray. It can be used for skin care and as a massage support for muscle tension. Mineral spray can be sprayed directly onto the skin and rubbed in gently. If necessary, multiple daily applications are possible. After about 10-15 minutes, the liquid that has not been absorbed can be washed off with clean water. The recommended dosage is 10 to 15 sprays. - 15 sprays are equivalent to 210 mg of pure magnesium.
