Usage Suggestions:

For culinary uses. It is ideal for thickening sauces and for desserts.

Recipe suggestion for making simple sauces:

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of corn flour, 275ml of milk, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: mix the corn flour with 3 tablespoons of cold milk. Heat the remaining milk until it is almost boiling. Remove from heat and mix with the corn flour dough. Continue to stir over a low heat until it thickens and bubbles. Add salt and pepper to taste.
