• Psyllium -100 mg 
• Cascara Sagrada -50 mg
• Aloe -20 mg 
• Flaxseed -8.8mg

Dosage and Administration
Take 2 tablets at bedtime, with 1 glass of water. In extreme cases, also take 2 tablets at lunch.
