Composition 
For 2 capsules:

• Chromium (as picolinate)- 1000µg 2500%
• Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Extract - 400mg
  (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
• Equivalent to the dried plant - 3200mg
• Alpha Lipoic Acid- 300mg
• Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)

Dosage and Administration 
Take one (1) capsule twice daily with meals.
