Composition 

• Chelavite® Chromium Chromium (100 mcg) and Liposan Ultra ™ Chitosan (500 mg).
• Does not contain: Sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs or preservatives. Contains crustaceans (shrimp) derived.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 3 capsules a day, before main meals.
