Composition

• Malva (Malva sylvestris L. ; leaves) 25%, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Miller; plant) 20%, Senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl. ; leaves) 20%, Senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl. ; follicles) 15 %, Black Alder ( Rhamnus frangula L.; bark) 10%, Olive tree (Olea europaea L.; leaves) 10%.

Dosage and Administration
Add 2 heaping tablespoons to approximately half a liter of boiling water. Wait 4 to 5 minutes and drink the tea hot or cooled with ice cubes. No need to add sugar. You can take 1 cup in the morning and another at bedtime.
