Rosemary Essential Oil 10ml - Physalis

Physalis Rosemary Essential Oil 10ml stimulates memory and promotes concentration. In massage (diluted in an oil of your choice), it improves circulation and relaxes and calms the muscles that have been subjected to stress.

Indication

Essential oils are the volatile aromatic compounds of medicinal plants, flowers, fruits, seeds, ... These oils are generally found in suitable cells, glands or small channels in the plant that produce them for several reasons: like pheromone to attract certain insects or conversely, as a repellent for others, as protection against specific diseases, ... The amount of essential oil contained in plants is very variable.

How to use

It is recommended to take it orally: 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or as an infusion.
Skin: Massage.
Bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room. Dilute in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil of your choice.

Storage conditions

Do not use in case of epilepsy.
