Composition 

• Sprouted cereals (1:3 liquid extract) 3.000 mg;
• Rosemary (1:3 liquid extract) 2.000 mg;
• Ginkgo biloba (1:3 liquid extract) 2.000 mg;
• Ginger (1:3 liquid extract) 1.000 mg;
• Cinnamon (1:3 liquid extract) 700 mg;
• Guarana (1:3 liquid extract) 500 mg; 
• Eleuterococcus (1:3 liquid extract) 500 mg;
• Lecithin (Phospholipids) 500 mg.

Dosage and Administration
1 tablespoon (10 ml) at breakfast and 1 tablespoon (10 ml) at dinner.
Lecistress should always be consumed 2 hours before bedtime.
