Composition 
For 2 capsules:

• Qualytech SR2 [Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera); Black Comingo (Nigella sativa)]- 400mg
• Hesperidin - 200mg 
• Zinc (oxide) -20mg 
• Selenium -110 ug
• Vitamin D3- 10ug 

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 capsule on an empty stomach and 1 capsule. 10 to 30 minutes before dinner.
