Composition

• Vitamin A - from cod liver oil (1000 IU);
• Vitamin D3 - from cholecalciferol and cod liver oil (400 IU);
• Cod liver oil (1000 mg);
• Eicosapentaenoic acid - EPA (70 mg) 
• Docosahexaenoic acid - DHA (100 mg).
• Does not contain: Wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or nut-based ingredients.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.
