Composition 
Per 1 capsule:

• Choline (as bitartrate) -250mg
• Inositol -250mg
• Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (from vegetable stearic acid).

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 to 3 vegetarian capsules a day, preferably with a meal.

Presentation 
Pack of 50 capsules.
