How to use
Use only in cooking recipes. Do not consume raw. Ground flaxseed has a high expansion capacity and must therefore be consumed with sufficient liquid. We recommend limiting flaxseed consumption to 15 g (one to two tablespoons) for adults and 4 g (1 teaspoon) for children per meal. Not suitable for children under 4 years old.
