Bread, Toasts.

- Dextrinated bread is toasted bread, subjected to a double baking process in an oven, thanks to which the cereal starches are broken down. This process makes it possible to obtain a bread that is more digestive than conventional bread. It also provides polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega 3 (linolenic acid) and olive oil, monounsaturated fat, a characteristic component of the Mediterranean diet, considered a healthy diet and which helps to regulate cholesterol levels.
- Contains gluten.

Ingredients

• Whole wheat flour (80%), whole wheat sourdough, yeast, 5% extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, 0,2% linseed oil (with 50-60% omega-3 linoleic acid) , aroma, malt extract and antioxidants (extract rich in tocopherols), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).
  
• May contain traces of soy and sesame.
