Composition

• Vitamin D from Ergocalciferol - (100 IU);
• Calcium - calcium citrate - (600 mg);
• Magnesium - from magnesium oxide and magnesium aspartate - (300 mg);
• Zinc - (15 mg);
• Copper - (1 mg);
• Manganese - (5 mg).

Dosage and Administration 
Take 2 tablets a day, preferably with meals.

Presentation 
Pack of 100 tablets.
