Composition 
Per 1 capsule:

• Ovomet TM - 150 mg
• Turmeric (containing at least 95% curcumin) - 100 mg
• Harpago Extract (containing at least 4% harpagosides) - 100 mg
• Enzymatically Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen - 100 mg
• Vitamin C - 40 mg (50% NRV)
• Hyaluronic Acid - 25 mg
• Bamboo Extract (containing at least 70% Organic Silicon) - 28,6 mg
• (eq. Organic Silicon - 25 mg)

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with breakfast.
