-Seed germination is one of the oldest and healthiest ways of eating. By germinating seeds, not only do you regain contact with Nature, which currently seems to be lost, but you also harvest healthy food full of healthy nutrients, as during the germination process the nutritional and antioxidant value increases. Bavicchi sprouts are available in a wide range and also in a wide flavor, as they have the advantage of being organic.

How to use
- Soak the amount of seeds you want to germinate in water overnight.
- The next day, place the seeds in the germinator trays (see the table below), taking into account that, during the germination process, the seeds will increase in volume at least about 4 times.
- Keep at room temperature and in good light.
- You should water the seeds 2 to 3 times a day until the germination process is finished, which happens after 3 to 4 days. Before consuming the sprouts, clean them, removing the remains of the seeds. The sprouts are kept in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 weeks.
