- Broccoli sprouts are considered an excellent source of vitamins (A, C) and minerals such as potassium and iron. They also contain antioxidant sulfurous substances. Seed germination is one of the oldest and healthiest ways of eating. By germinating seeds, not only do you regain contact with Nature, which currently seems to be lost, but you also harvest healthy food full of healthy nutrients, as during the germination process the nutritional and antioxidant value increases. Bavicchi sprouts are available in a wide range and also in a wide flavor, as they have the advantage of being organic.

How to use
- Leave the amount of seeds you want to germinate in water overnight (8-12 hours). - The next day, place the seeds in the germinator trays (observe the table below), taking into account that, during the germination process, the seeds will increase in volume by at least around 4 times. - Keep at room temperature and in good lighting conditions. - You must water the seeds 2 to 3 times a day until the germination process ends, which happens after 4 to 6 days. - The sprouts are ready to be consumed or can be stored in the refrigerator for around 1 to 2 weeks.
