Composition

• Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) - Seeds to germinate* from certified organic farming. * Seeds to germinate for food use.

How to use
- Leave the amount of seeds you want to germinate in water for 10 hours and remove the broken ones.
- Wash the seeds well with water and place them in a germinator, for example, as shown in the table below. If you use a germinator with shelves, make sure the seeds are evenly spread.
- You must water the seeds, 2 to 3 times a day, until the germination process ends, which happens after 4 to 6 days.
- Germinated seeds can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
- Wash the sprouts, just as you wash the vegetables, before consuming them.
