Composition
Per 6 capsules: Glucomannan 3000 mg, Spirulina 600 mg, Cascara Sagrada (containing at least 10% Cascaroside A) 150 mg, Chromium 40 μg (100% VRN*). *Nutrient Reference Value.

Dosage and Administration
6 capsules a day, 2 before the 3 main meals of the day. Take it together with at least 1 or 2 glasses of water.
