• Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA)-664 mg 
• L-Taurine - 600mg
• Magnesium Bisglycinate (Element Magnesium: 20%) 532mg 
• Bio Catalyser Enzymatic (α-Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Beta D Galactosidase, Lipase)-230.44mg
• St John's Wort Dry Extract (Hypericum perforatum L. – Plant with Flowers, standardized to 0,3% Hypericin) - 220mg 
• Vitamin B3 (in the form of Nicotinamide) - 52 mg
• Vitamin B5 (in the form of D-Calcium Pantothenate) -16 mg 
• Vitamin B6 (in the form of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) -6mg
• Vitamin B1 (in the form of Thiamine) - 4 mg
• Vitamin B12 (in the form of Cyanocobalamin) - 3000µg
• Biotin - 440 µg
• Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid in the form of Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid) - 400µg

Dosage and Administration

Take 2 capsules twice a day before meals. Swallow the capsule without opening or chewing, with a glass of water.
