• Ca L-ascorbate (82% vit. C) - 300 mg
  - Vitamin C - 600 mg (750% VRN)
  
• Shiitake* (Lentinula edodes) extract 30% (10 x concentrate) - 50 mg
  
• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 0,25% - 8 mg
  - Vitamin D - 20 µg (400% VRN)

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a professional.
