Self Test Iron Fer Anemia Prevention - Prima Lab

Self-test to detect ferritin levels, with a blood sample used as an aid in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia.

Iron is an essential mineral for the body and crucial for the transport of oxygen in the blood, cell multiplication and construction of the structure of tissues and organs. However, at excessively high levels it is toxic to the body. For this reason, we all have an external iron collection system (e.g. diet rich in iron-based foods) and storage in the cells, in a non-excessive, therefore non-toxic way. It is aimed at everyone above the age of puberty (15years).

The test can be performed in the presence of symptoms such as pallor, tiredness, frequent migraines and generalized pain, palpitations and occasionally increased heart rate, lack of muscle strength.

How to use:

1) The sample is a drop of blood extracted with the sterile lancet contained in the box;

2) Squeeze your finger until a drop of blood is obtained and collect with the plastic pipette;

3) Place the drop of blood at the point indicated on the device;

4) Add the reagent, wait 5 minutes and check the result
