Composition 
Per 4 sprays (2 ml):

• GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) - 250 mg
• Phospholipids (from Purified Sunflower Lecithin) - 134 mg
• L-Theanine - 100 mg
• Ethanol - 0,24 ml

Dosage and Administration
Make 2 to 4 sprays in the mouth and wait 30 seconds before swallowing.
It should be taken on an empty stomach or 10 minutes before a meal.
